Features

  • Lvl 1 Spellcasting. You can cast bard spells using Charisma as your spellcasting ability.
  • Lvl 1 Bardic Inspiration. As a bonus action, give a creature within range a Bardic Inspiration die (a d6, increasing with level) that it can add to one ability check, attack roll, saving throw, or damage roll. Usable a number of times equal to your Charisma modifier per long rest.
  • Lvl 2 Jack of All Trades. You add half your proficiency bonus, rounded down, to any ability check you make that doesn't already include your proficiency bonus.
  • Lvl 2 Expertise. Choose two of your skill proficiencies. Your proficiency bonus is doubled for any ability check you make using either of those proficiencies.
  • Lvl 3 Song of Rest. You and any friendly creatures who can hear your performance regain additional hit points when they spend Hit Dice during a short rest.
  • Lvl 5 Font of Inspiration. You regain all expended uses of Bardic Inspiration when you finish a short or long rest.
  • Lvl 6 Countercharm. As an action, you can start a performance that lasts until the end of your next turn, giving you and friendly creatures within 30 feet advantage on saving throws against being frightened or charmed.
  • Lvl 10 Magical Secrets. You learn two spells of your choice from any class's spell list, and further such spells at higher levels.
  • Lvl 20 Superior Inspiration. When you roll initiative and have no uses of Bardic Inspiration left, you regain one use.
