Stonecunning

Whenever you make an Intelligence (History) check related to the origin of stonework, you are considered proficient in the History skill and add double your proficiency bonus to the check, instead of your normal proficiency bonus.

As a Bonus Action, you gain Tremorsense with a range of 60 feet for 10 minutes, but only while you are in contact with the ground or a stone surface. You can use this trait a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, regaining all expended uses when you finish a Long Rest.
