Traits

• Giant Ancestry. Choose a benefit tied to a type of giant (Cloud, Fire, Frost, Hill, Stone, or Storm), such as a short teleport, extra elemental damage, or knocking a creature prone. You can use this trait a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, regaining all expended uses when you finish a Long Rest.
• Large Form. Starting at 5th level, as a Bonus Action you can magically transform to grow one size larger for 10 minutes, once per Long Rest.
• Powerful Build. You have advantage on any ability check you make to end the Grappled condition. You also count as one size larger when determining your carrying capacity and the weight you can push, drag, or lift.
