Draconic Ancestry: Gold

You choose a type of dragon as your draconic ancestor. At 1st level, you can speak, read, and write Draconic, and whenever you make a Charisma check when interacting with dragons, your proficiency bonus is doubled if it applies to the check. Your ancestor is the Gold dragon, whose breath weapon and damage resistance (unlocked at higher subclass levels) are tied to fire damage.
